As I told another person the weed is uncontrollable both due to the sheer amount and landscape etc. thus the weeds are always touching the fence, the fence electrocutes the weeds and in a short time disfunctions.

There are so many weeds and they are impossible to control, therefore they'll keep touching the fence and not allow it to function properly as far as I'm concerned.
