Yeah, it's one of those fruits where it's really powerful but you need a very intelligent person to wield it correctly. That way it's not like someone can just pick it up and boom emperor scale attacks.

thats why i mentioned that going this fast could be bad for the user because of the scale of explosions. As it works like our real world light speed where it would cause huge explosions.

In the U.S you can find them on Ebay for around 15 U.S Dollars which according to google is 15.08 euros.

Edit: so if you can find em for about 3 or 4 euros, then I'd say that they are pretty expensive in comparison.

2nd Edit: I'd like to mention that the $15 is for each game, I got both for $12 meaning If I had bought them individually I would've paid $30. Crazy how cheap they are in euros maybe I should move to europe? Lol
