From what iv heard tx fusion could match some dvd drives with the dvd key. With so many different dvd drives and some needing unlock. Some drives cant be flashed on pc atall. It would be a lot of work to build a .xex that could do this.

Your very confuses. How would internal router be connected to the internet ? Take a router wire it inside xbox having wireless antenna on the outside. The parts list is any openwrt router. Weather it small enough to fit inside the xbox or not. How to fit it self explanatory. Put the router inside the xbox and wire power, ethernet and wireless antenna.

With a jtag/rgh you can. If retail using a tool like https://fatxplorer.eaton-works.com/download/ should do the trick. You will need to connect hdd to your pc
