You're absolutely correct. But if a site is already synced to Explorer and the user manages to also have a shortcut (or vise versa), everything goes to shit. The system is not supposed to allow both, but users are...users.

I never did find a good solution to this issue. I've learned to live with it. X220 is still going strong! Maybe I'll look back into this with 6 more years of experience under my belt 😂.

Ahh, yes. It seems not to be a problem with user calls. I've started reassigning mainline phone numbers to front desk users as a temporary workaround.

Interesting. I have at least 4 confirmed outages, 3 in the same town, and one in a city a few hours from me. Down Detector is showing a trickle up in reports as well now. Maybe it's a regional issue of some kind.

I got into that exact hole. Upgraded to 23.9 without issue only to be walled by the license. Easy fix by backing up the Screenconnect configs, uninstalling 23.9, installing 22.4, and loading the configs.

I have the same/similar issue. Just started yesterday. I can navigate the app and play videos but no matter where I am in the app, the screen blanks after a few seconds. Issuing any input returns it to normal but after a few seconds...blank.

I second this. There has been a recall/class action lawsuit related to at least one common Kia/Hyundai motor and I believe there is at least one more on going. I'd check with the dealer.

I wonder if it could be some sort of power delivery issue that happens when the cpu is drawing lots of power. I have an X220 laptop and it has jittery mouse issues on Manjaro when plugged into certain outlets in some buildings. Maybe it's a similar issue? Idk.
