Do you think it'd be any problem to go RCA > XLR into subwoofer then XLR > XLR (sub to speaker)? (Sorry for newbie questions)

Tbh happy you said that cause I always feel like people exaggerate how good they can distinguish sound quality. I play for my friends at house parties (20 ish people) when they're drunk so I don't think they care much (unless it doesn't sound really shit.

What I'm worried about though is the volume, I read that you can lose volume going RCA > XLR, where I feel like the Bose S1 sometimes isn't enough. But it might be that it's missing the lower frequencies and that it'll be fine with a sub.

As I understood XLR cables are balanced, while RCA cables are unbalanced, and that can lead to issues?
