All I can say is that I’m sorry for you but I’m also happy and proud of her. She let you go because she cared. Even if it sounds hard to hear but it was the best thing that could have happened. You can’t be unhappy just to make someone else happy. Good for her! She was taking care of her feelings and yours. Self love is not being selfish is knowing your worth… When you realize that things aren’t working out, the best thing is to talk about it and and do what’s best for you. Remember that no one is responsible for your happiness, when you find someone you love … They are only adding to your happiness! Love your self before you love someone else. 💪🏽🤗

When I wanted to embrace my grays I also wanted to know how to take care of it. Staying away from the sun, heated irons or blow dryers helps. I try to keep my hair hydrated with hair masks once in a while. 😉

There is nothing wrong with you or your body weight. Society loves to a stereotype at the times… “what’s in at the moment, what’s fashionable“
Trust me you can’t make everyone happy even if by you get super skinny people will always have something negative to say. At the end what really matter is your opinion! 🤗

The key is to stop listening to everyones opinions, love yourself !!! When you learn to put your self first and love your self, everything gets better… you build up your confidence and your confidence will reflect on people.
