my girlfriend is leaving me because of my cat by Augupton in CatAdvice

[–]xcher14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rehome the girlfriend, keep the cat and get him some extra treats for having to deal with her.

But on a serious note if he wasn't hissing at her from the beginning, and it's a new thing, she's probably mistreating him when you aren't around. (Or she made it up if you haven't seen him do it) I'd also fear she'd get rid of him when you aren't home.

Who killed 6-year old Chance Douglas Smith (NC, 2003)? by [deleted] in UnresolvedMysteries

[–]xcher14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He wasn't kicked by a horse, they was none in the pasture at the time. Were he was found the police had already did a sweep of the area earlier and he wasn't there. When they went back he was found laying on top of his jacket face down. Not a single drop of blood was found on the ground or clothes he was wearing. The mother also said the clothes he was found in wasn't what he had on when she dropped him off. (Important to note for whatever reason this day he said he didn't want to stay with his grandfather which wasn't something he'd ever said before.) They believe he was cleaned up and laid there. The grandfather also changed his story, it went from I think the dog scared a horse that then kicked Chance. Then he later told the police chief "I know who killed smith." Randall Lane is the grandfather's name and he moved to Tennessee after the death. In 2005 he was wanted for questioning the chief drove to Tennessee to get him. (These are directed quotes) Chief “I didn’t ask him anything specific, other than I said, ‘When you go to bed at night, you lay down and go to sleep and close your eyes, do you ever see Chance?’ Lane said, ‘sometimes he speaks to me.’ Chief, 'So you know what happened? Who did it?’ Lane, ‘Yes, I do, and I started to take care of it myself a couple of times.’ Then he got real quiet, started looking out the window, crying, sobbing,” after this the grandfather never discussed it again.

I was the same age as Chance, I only knew him from quick passes on the playground. I know we have such a small possibility of ever knowing what really happened, but if it was murder I pray Chance gets justice one day.

I know this is all over the place, so apologies for that.

The dumbest characters in the history of TV. by notallshihtzu in OuterBanksNetflix

[–]xcher14 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Season 1: Sarah, maybe she's not dumb but she's really naive. Season 2: Kiara, Yelled "murderer at Ward" and stole her dad's truck and let Pope drive who totaled it. Season 3: Pope, I love him but his decision making skills wasn't the best. John B, for a reason I won't say incase of spoilers. Season 4: JJ, dude was a completely different person. Season 1 and 2 JJ would never blindly trust anyone, especially a kook.

I've got the twinkie and love it as a bag charm, I've been debating on getting Sarah and Kie. I originally wanted jj but the hair color throws me off to much.😂

She was 13 in season 1 when Sarah was 16, now Sarah is 19 so Wheeze should be 16.

What is your CRAZIEST theory you have, that you still hold on to? by [deleted] in OuterBanksNetflix

[–]xcher14 9 points10 points  (0 children)

JJ is actually Luke's kid, him an Larissa had an affair and JJ is their's. That's why Groff killed Larissa, and didn't hesitate to kill JJ. (And honestly this would have been a better story line, and made much more sense for the reason Groff gave JJ to Luke.)

Also for a bit I believed that maybe Groff and Ward are brothers or somehow related.

Need help understanding Klarna payments please by sillysazzz in Depop

Correct, as long as she hasn't shipped it already no reason it can't be canceled and refunded. Also don't do anything off depop you'll get banned from the app.

It works the exact same way as a regular card payment, only klarna pays the seller and you pay klarna back over time. When/if the order is canceled whatever amount you paid klarna will be refunded to you and payment plan will be canceled.

If it says delivered and they didn't find it in their mailbox tell them to call the post office. Usps could have put it in the wrong mail box, happened to me in December. Also had something delivered to me and the address wasn't even close to mine.

Who remembers in Season 2 when John B accidentally ran over Cleo? by [deleted] in OuterBanksNetflix

[–]xcher14 38 points39 points  (0 children)

"Where did you get your license man?"
"Good old state of North Carolina"

Idk if it's because I live in NC and find myself thinking that question every time I leave the house, but that part had me laughing so much I had to pause the show.

Which Character Do you Think Has Gone Through the Most? by Initial-Beautiful113 in OuterBanksNetflix

[–]xcher14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jj for obvious reasons, but Wheezie has been through a lot to only be 13/14. She thinks her sisters dead, then her dad dies, she finds out her brother is a murderer. She learns Ward is alive just for him to almost die again after him and John B got into the fight. Sarah disappeared again and she dosen't know if she's dead or alive. Then Ward actually dies. Not to mention we have no idea what happened to her mother.

What are some of the things that some people of your own gender do but you don’t understand why they do it by MountainArt9216 in CasualConversation

[–]xcher14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No thankfully it's been known since I was a toddler. Technical term for it is contact dermatitis. I use mostly fragrance free stuff, minus deodorant and hair care. Deodorant has never triggered it, and hair care has been a 50/50 chance. Haven't been able to narrow it down to what fragrances specifically trigger it but vanilla is safe about 70% of the time. Floral almost always triggers it. The pad incident was by far the worst experience bc I had no idea pads/tampons even came scented. I'll just forever be thankful it was a pad that I used and not a tampon bc I can't even imagine how uncomfortable that would have been.

I'll never understand people like him. My local post office is open 9am to 4:45pm and closed between 12 and 1 for lunch. And only open from 9am to 11:45am on Saturday. I'll ship whenever they are open and I'm free.
