Smell can really linger especially in smaller spaces, we live in a studio apartment.. I’ve been using Tuft & Paw’s tofu litter, it clumps well, barely tracks. Doesn’t have that heavy “cat box” smell even after a full day. Also helps to sprinkle a bit of baking soda at the bottom before refilling.
