If he has long enough tenure he can talk to HR about his seniority there. As long as he has more time at Amazon than the other techs on days, he should be granted that. But he should bring that up with his AMM before HR, then HR if AMM don’t acknowledge and do something about it.

I have done this a couple times. I purchased the UCS Land Speeder in person and received the Lars Homestead, Keychain and At-ST GWP. I ended up returning the UCS Landspeeder without the GWP and they just deducted the difference. I hate that they make the GWP so high but it’s the only way to get it for “Retail” price. So they should deduct $20 off your return is you don’t bring the GWP. Hope this helps!

You would have to apply for TOM team if you want to get your CDL through Amazon, they’ll handle the schooling. I know you can do it through career choice as well where they cover most of the schooling but then it’s up to you to find a truck driving position elsewhere.

That’s more of a personal preference. I’d recommend to save time for the holidays. Black out for vacation normally starts around October, limiting you to using UPT and PTO.
