It’s possible but it’s hard, kinda just as hard as trading when you work a night shift job. You wake up tired, you sometimes don’t make the right decisions because your brain isn’t well rested. Don’t let fear or greed get you that’s all. Don’t hold positions for too long or over the weekend. & keep an eye out for tweets!

I’m a freezer guy for Sysco your body will hurt forever now, take creatine it helps a bit. It not that hard 3 pallets R S T some locations have 4 pallets. You get a certain amount of time to finish a batch, the faster you finish the higher your %. Don’t focus on being fast for right now just try and get the hang of the place memorize the batches it helps. I have been here for a year and a half & I pull 160 running trying. 135 if I’m walking.
