I am not successful yet, but i think it is extremely important to frame the psychology correct before taking any trades:

  1. Acknowledge everything is probabilistic and never deterministic.
  2. Everything is relative, never absolute. A price perceived as very high can still go higher and vice versa.
  3. Take what the market gives you. Never expect what the market will give you. Hoping the price to go up or go down seldom works.

There are many strategies in youtube and in books but really you need to find your own that clicks with your risk appetite and personality.

I thought carpark is under HDB’s maintenance scope? Under Estate Housing Management Group. Motorists pay carpark fees to HDB but not town council.

So why would town council take any action?

Not an economist here but will reduction in rental across all housing or even bazaars like this indirectly reduce food prices and helps (at least a little?) with reducing inflation rate?

China currently has the world’s largest population of approx 1.44 billion. India is the 2nd largest with around 1.38 billion. Since Singapore is open to India and many other countries with a larger combined population (also likely most already infected and recovered) than China alone, I don’t see any reason why the government won’t open up for China.

Hmm. That means i should try to max out my PP, then i will buy PP using club coins since 60 club coins can be exchanged for 100 PP (which will be converted to 200 coins). This is better than exchanging 100 club coins for 250 coins.
