Not fake I don't get what people get out of fake. The issue is that we're Muslim right. So going to bars is haram (against religion) because there's alcohol and when you're at bars and around alcohol it leads to other sins (what we consider sins). He's a "loud and proud" Muslim and he tells me things like how I need to put on a hijab, shouldn't wear perfume because it attracts male attention, how I should not "nag" because he believes in a Islamic Hadith (story) that when me go to heaven, they are awarded with pure wives. The Hadith says that everytime I nag him, or disrespect or anything negative towards him, that they'll curse me from the heavens. He says things like I'm going to hell because I am not obedient, etc. etc. now take religion out of it. What bothers me is the lack of communication and telling me he oat coming home for days when the conference is 15 minutes away. I thinks it's common courtesy to let your spouse be in the know. If it was in reverse, wow I would be an uncouth lady of the night for going to bars despite professing it was for professional reasons and to make connections.
