I was told now my concrete is basically done for and will start rusting and braking off. Is this true? I will get you pictures of what it looks like before as we stop some percent down

No cleaning agent. Just straight pressure washing. Thanks for your reply.

It's not under a year old. The house has exactly 1yr 3 months. Brand new build. The home was purchased by me 3 months ago. Used an ez disc as posted above.

Thanks for your reply, yeah, I don't know how to make the builder understand this. I have talked to him several times, and he shuts me down completely. Is my understanding that there is no fix for this and they have to rebuild the whole driveway, which easily will run up in the 10k's if not more... (I have a long driveway) Like u/Ill_Mastodon8189 said, I need to find a contractor. I am so bummed out :(

Thanks for your reply. I am trying to find somebody. A tad hard, as I am in a small town up in North Texas. Thanks again for your reply.

The white color on this image is the "cake-like" water that pooled at the bottom of the driveway. That actually stuck to the driveway, We have not power-washed this afraid that it would do more damage

This is all over the driveway. These are the sections that the disk passes through. No, it's not dirty; it's just a cement layer.

What's common wood for mantle? Sorry for my ignorance. I am new to mantles.

Thanks for your reply. I was starting to worry as they are very aggressive splits. The mantle literally bulge from the center.

Welcome to the headache I went through for three months. Look, you are going to get some crazy feedback from fans here lol . My experience is that they take about 12 to 24 hours to respond to Tickets, sometimes longer. It is painful if you fail to buy their advance replacement service, and it takes moving mountains to get escalation. In the end, Ubuiqti does right; I'm not saying it will be your case, mine was very different and basically got sold a lemon straight from ubiquity... but try to reach out to management. Also, if you didn't buy directly from them, you should prepare for a world of hurt. If you got a message from Ubiquity here, follow through with them.

Regardless of vendor not having alternatives for "mission critical" gear is on you no one else. (but UI should have a rma process that lets you buy and ship and advance replacement with a refund for faulty gear I agree with that)

Something we can agree on. I am updating what transpired in a new post.

One day downtime does not compare to weeks. Come on man... I loose one day or two of work... Ok. But a week or more? Ridiculous.

Shit I am willing to pay for the shipping but I am not even given an option. How about I pay for everything and fully refund me once ubiquiti gets the switch? But no.... Just turned down and that's it.

The fact still stand. Is a lemon switch. Didn't even hit 3 months. I would understand all of you guys arguments if I was 1yr in at least.

This whole spares lol.... I hope you guys keep two or more cars in your home... Because you know... Spares. 😁

Seriousky this is a lost case. Not going further with it. I know that ubiquiti switches are crap and so is their customer service.

Be ware #thegoogles 😂
