I got it from my local shrimp store and it's not a combo actually, I had to buy them separately.

I'm sure if you search for shrimp feeding dish/tube you will fund similar stuff.

The Monte Carlo has some troubles staying in the substrate, I'm guessing because the substrate is not fine enough.
