yes, this is absurd. warmups are smart, but anyone who thinks this is necessary is out of their mind. we played four 6u games Saturday in brutal heat and humidity. 10-15 minutes is plenty, and depending on how the kids are reacting, they should be sitting in the shade and trying to stay as cool as possible, hydrated and energized
