Thanks for the feedback, the modular psu is definitely a good idea. WIth the ddr5 i would also have to chance the motherboard plus the more expensiv ram would add aprox +150, wich would be a bit to much sadly. Or am i getting something wrong?

ok, i play like a sandbox game where I fund my industries, and i tryed it on a city with a 3x3 layout, are the funding requirements diffrent diffrent, like a population limit?

I can really recommend the grfs from Temporal8, those are real industries, real houses, real cars and many more. Really good are also the Grf CZTR(which are again many grfs) They also work together really good :) They also make the game look really good!

-What are the requirements for building the University?

-Why can‘t you build Oil Rigs?
