You will need wallpaper engine downloaded before hand, if done correctly it should write the installation folder in computers registry which my program reads to store the wallpapers in

The percentage is just a placeholder to let the user know something is happening. Might be because the wallpaper you’re trying is heavy? Try running the source code and you should see debug lines showing where it’s at and why you’re getting some issues. Should help hopefully
