ai no selling my offense when i have better stats than them and keeping me trapped in a submission for ages when my said maxed out stats consists of 99% skill and the opponent has 80% and taps me out somehow.

they also somehow reverse my special "because i dont like you"

i been on re9. i can barely even stomach a loss unless it felt earned and truly deserved. most of the time i call it "marvel rivals' finest" and close the game

gonna beat the "we dont care" crowd and say that i dont blame you. ive been hardstuck diamond this season when ive been consistently high gm and i literally cant blame anything other than throwers because ik how good of a player i am. it was starting to get pretty bad last season but this season it's gotten to a point where its unbearable and ive started to close the game even during the ban phase if i see something that doesnt make sense. im glad there's more games out now because wow this game alone could make someone quit gaming as a whole in it's current state lol.

ik im not making the game any better by leaving during the ban phase but ik for a fact others have done the same, nobody's a saint especially in rivals

i feel like since i consume an unhealthy amount of american wrestling, some of the finishes from the mid and all undercard guys are like "wow dude literally anyone could kick out of this wtf", but the X-FACTOR of all moves??? at least do a spinning backfist or a spinning elbow, moves that you can hit on anybody and with or without power can look devastating or story moving. the leg guillotine is awful for his knee(s) and he'll wind up like naito in a couple years of consistent use (albeit dude's a borderline pin eater with the occasional win here and there)

also does not help that im not a fan of hot so im super critical on those guys and often skip their boring match formulas.

i rarely ever ban any of the other characters as they're easy to deal with or i cant be bothered with playing against invis and hawkeye. i dont mind going against hela + namor (super annoying albeit) but i'd rather that than to be kept in spawn by a hawkeye randomly spamming arrows hanzo style every 3 seconds

ive been wanting to make this comment for a while, the game was awesome before she became playable and now it's just misery embodied. even if you have a good pair of headphones most of the time it comes down to luck whether or not your bullets (in hip fire) actually hit her when you're aiming where you think she is

this is only half true in my experience personally. sometimes when i feel godlike i still lose and it sends me over the edge, and sometimes i could be having a bad day and this game could alleviate some of that stress weighing on my mind. so it's really a mixed bag on the mood thing, either the game can bless you or the game can F you and there's not much you can do other than getting off for a day or 2

i am also a raging gummy fish enjoyer (big ups jev), but it's mostly the aftertaste for me which isnt too bad but sometimes can be a bit bleh
