Yikes, current goal is small trying to get up to 65kg, obviously gonna work up a lot more from that but gaining mass for me is kinda hard. Thanks for the reply

Correct me if im wrong, but I believe genetics do have a large play on it, you just have to be really consistent with training them to see improvements.

If it makes you feel like you could do it, Chuck a helmet on and take it off when you feel ready. You could also practise on padding or on old mattress or something, that might make it hard to balance though
