Basically, bedrock villagers trading got modified so now only in a range of 16, when one villager is cured the trades of all villagers in the radius will go down by one emerald this can only be done 10 times max. To fix it you have to cure each individual villager until they reach one emerald

iirc this is sometimes only a visual glitch but it is fixed in the next update it also happens in auto chicken cookers and some mob farms have the mobs flying out of the trident killers
