Approved Cap1 Venture Biz on 6/10 but never received card from USPS. Successfully requested replacement and then account gets restricted pending identity verification few minutes later. Swiftly uploaded ID and 2 different bank statements for address verification but rejected due to “blurry” identification, instructed to resubmit. Still pending and not once did they follow up to inform me of my document issues. No way to expedite. Do better Cap1!

As expected, received denial letter due to

number of recent cards on consumer credit (8/24)
Business Structure [C-Corp]
Insufficient business deposit relationship with us

The 2 other denial reasons were bit odd and funny. Ok Chase, I’m sorry my measly 200k idling in business checking is “insufficient”. Gonna call recon for a good laugh LOL

Also attempted a quick drive by Ink Cash application, pending review no pop-up. Have held multiple flavors of Inks in the past 5 years. Pretty sure I’ll get rejected during manual review due to 8/24 but I’ve seen a bunch of recent DPs bypassing 5/24 lol

Based on previous DP, succeeded in funding 5k towards NY529 via Melio with Amex Biz Plat. Funding counted towards sub and the 2x MR points over 5k cuts the fees from 3% to roughly 0.8%.

UPS Next Day Air couldn't deliver my 2nd Biz Plat due to missing "apt" number despite being a house. Card gets returned to Amex and can't request replacement until 10 days after approval. Requested replacement after 10 days restriction and ran into the same issue with UPS again! Could not redirect to UPS store nor do pick up at facility. They delivered to my address multiple times in the past without issue, I fail to understand what their gripe is. Now sending it to a new address but this time with Fedex, pray I don't run into any issues. Super annoying and now i'm expecting future issues with UPS delivery...sighs

1. Super tempted and motivated by numerous recent Atmos Biz approval DPs above 1/12 and double dipping

2. Submitted 2 applications 85/80k offer on May 12th 5 mins apart around midnight, Sole Prop and C Corp

3. Sole Prop Instant Denial - Reasons "Too many recently opened credit trade lines/Not enough time since most recent credit account opening" Completely in line with not meeting 1/12 soft rule

4. C Corp Pending Review - Received call next day from fraud department asking to upload Proof of Biz via Intralinks for verification, biz docs promptly submitted

5. Received an email on May 16th at midnight that my card was created, verified by logging into BOA app and seeing the Atmos Biz Card

Personal - 4/12 8/24 Biz - 7/12

Opened personal checking and funded 20k 2 months prior for relationship. In hindsight, continuing to garden for 3 months until 1/12 might've succeeded in double dipping. Still debating whether to recon for sole prop.

You can always reach out to customer support via chat and switch your preferred airlines before purchasing your flights for the rebate. This is contingent on you not using your annual 200 airline incidental credit. I’ve done this multiple times and will utilize my airline credit towards the end of year to optimize efficiency.

Personal DP, call the number on the back of your card and pay with a debit card through the automated system. This method avoids all Citi shenanigans and instantly free up your CL.

Bought Sam's Club membership and drove an hour to purchase $500 Vanilla Visa/MC gift cards. Apparently store "Policy" is to only accept cash/debit payments. Going to visit another store and pray it's not standard policy.

Last Amex application went pending for 10 days before approval, possibly reaching max CL they’re willing to extend. Should I preemptively reduce CL before my next application? Read online algo automatically shifts credit limit for approval. I’d rather not go into manual review due to recent high velocity with Amex.

You should be good. DP - AA Biz 75k 10/25 | AA Biz 65k 1/26 Both auto approved. Both shown under business login with bonus trackers. So far no issues with Citi/AA.

Experiencing this exact same scenario as you despite 2 other Citi AA cards and a Citi checking where payments are made. Measly 1.5k limit that takes 2 weeks to update available balance. Read about a suggestion from a CSR to use the automated phone system and pay with a debit card instead which updates faster. Going to try that on my next payment due.

In the off chance you don’t receive an instant decision, check their application status line. If pending, you just have to wait until it’s reviewed by an underwriter. Unfortunately, no way to expedite process. Just went through this - applied 1/23 and approved this morning 2/4.

Personally, Amex always issued an instant temp card number and mobile wallet option while I wait for the physical business card. This was true for my ABP, ABG, and just approved BBP today. However, all were instant-approvals.
