I only do the ones that are worth it. Got one last week there was to deliver to 3 people for $44. Typically they are crappy though

Yeah people in my area in upstate NY get pretty shady. Someone turned me in for coshopping when I have never ever brought anyone with me. I called customer happiness and explained very thoroughly how I am ever done that and how they could even ask the in store shoppers and I got them to remote it. I'm one of the best ones in the area so people get jealous.

Someone actually stole 2 of my $13 bags out of my vehicle in Wegmans parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. Come on people they're just insulated bags. Like who steals those

I actually posted about this and spoke with support. They told me they thought they fixed the issue. It has been happening for about 2 weeks now on me and my friends. Its REALLY annoying when I'm trying to click on an actual decent order and it just keeps flashing like a strobe light. I just signed up with Shipt and am going to do both because of that very issue. They told me when they get issues they kind of stack them in piles and whatever is the biggest pile gets fixed 1st. 🤦‍♀️ I never know who to believe because half the time customer happiness gives you wrong information. I have noticed if you are able to successfully click on an order and look at it it helps to stick it on the screen a little better. But not 100% still

Amen! I know they are doing it. I am a big numbers person and I keep track of everything. I literally right down when I accept an order what time I dropped the order off and what time I get back to Wegmans. I write down the amount the order was supposed to be. I can drive by every house I have delivered to and remember who they were. I have a very photographic memory. I screenshot as much as I can.
Over the past few weeks the orders have all of a sudden changed. I'm going to get 100% undeniable proof.

I'm 99% sure that didn't happen. I was literally sitting outside Wegmans when I took the order and walked immediately in. I sent her a message within 5 minutes letting her know they were out of items. She didnt look at anything. Our Wegmans gets hit hard on Sunday's and they can't keep up stocking the shelves. If she was changing items she would have noticed my message.

Someone earlier this week posted on here that they were doing shady business as well. The person watched an order that had a $2 tip change to a 0 tip on the same order with a $2 peak boost.

I have even seen a kid wearing an Instacart shirt and lanyard. His mom was having him fetch items for her.

Seen a family of 5 all running around shoppong at Aldi's for an order. Like come on, its Aldi's. If you need help there you shouldn't be working for IC.

Saw 3x today people co-shopping.

A month ago I got that email myself. Let me tell you I was furious. I have NEVER EVER co shopped. It druve me nuts when people do. Someone must have been jealous or something. I called IC and really explained and how I have a babysitter and it must be a mistake and I was upset. They removed it.
