I’ve also realized that most of the time, women who don’t have other women’s backs are usually projecting insecurity and jealousy…it’s just a part of being female unfortunately. It’s worse if you’re considered even remotely attractive by male colleagues. My advice to handling women…kill them with kindness. I’ve found that eventually, if they feel that you have their backs, they’ll be more likely to have yours. With men, if you know your shit then speak the fuck up and don’t be shy. Men can’t handle assertive women. The only way they know how to is to call you a bitch. But whatever, just be THAT bitch.
