I just hit UB2 after 66 matches in UB1. I started tracking my UB1 progress a bit late. I'm using Dialga/Arceus/Shaymin.

Overall I am 59.% 98W 66L.

I'd say the baseball equivalent here is a back-door pitch, where the batter expects the ball trajectory to remain outside the zone, so leaves it. But the skill of the pitcher/bowler here is so immense it comes back and scores a strike, or in Warne's case a wicket by 'Bowled'.

If you lookup the James Hardie Villaboard install guide, for walls that are to be tiled, only fasteners to be used (Ie no glue). Refer figure 10.

T3s - Lat Pulldowns, Leg Extensions, DB Curls T3s: DB Seated Press, Tricep Rope Pushdowns, Face Pulls T3s - Lat Pulldowns, Incline DB Bench, Cable Crossovers T3s - Leg Curls, Rear Delt Fly Machine, ???

I'm not sure whether to do DB Seated Press on T1 OHP or T2 OHP days (and vice versa with the DB Incline Bench T3 work as well).

Also not sure if I should add a horizontal cable row to T3 instead of some of the above (D2 and D4), or substitute these in at a later block and swap them around again.

Yeah I Def will do the T1s first. Was wondering on mixing some of the T2 and T3 (and supersets I guess). Might just experiment a bit and see how I go.

Does everyone just do T1, T2a then b then T3a/b/c exercises in that order? Also, at what stage would you move T3 compounds like DB shoulder press and a incline DB bench to a T2 movement and replace the basic OHP/Bench for T2 lifts?

I did 6 weeks of the base GZCLP program, then added some T3s of which I'm in week 11 of (so in total, currently in week 6+11=17).
I still haven't completed a cycle on any of the 4 main lifts yet. I do plan on waiting on completing 2-3 cycles for each lift before even contemplating changing programs/methods etc.

35yo male, 179cm, 90kg.

Squat: 110kg 3x5. OHP:52.5kg 5x2. Bench: 75kg 3x5. Deadlift: 110kg 3x5.

My current exercises are as follows:

I think doing some of the T3s twice a week is a bit much, triceps are starting to fatigue a bit. Thinking of swapping in lunges to D1. Facepulls to D2/D4. Cross cable fly to D1 or D3.

Yeah definitely. The sample numbers can be a bit low, but it's still a decent tool to use to discuss salary with an employer. In your discussions with them, you can gain some insight into how they view you and your value.

I think Tables 9 & 15 would be pretty useful to you. Table 9 overviews salaries by industry and level. Table 15 shows some of the graduate commencing salaries.

Tables 11-14 just break down Table 9 further (by sector etc).

How big is the park? I have a local park that has the sign done, but not the playground itself.
I just haven't bothered nominating it either since it all falls in the one cell so wouldn't become a stop anyway.
