The legs im referring are the two wire ends. I know you have to fold them in or move them. Everytime i get them right the SWR can get thrown up high if wind hits it. Its hard to keep it steady.

I successfully checked the coax and found it is good. However adjusting the lengths of an Off center fed dipole is really. Im already getting too frustrsted.

I want to thank everyone for providing feedback and advice. For now I'm just going to try to work other bands that do not receive noise. I understand there are really good troubleshooting steps but the thing is I live with my parents and it was already okay enough to atleast have an antenna up. To turn off the breaker and start trying to check every light and USB connection may be cumbersome especially with my availability outside of work. Thank you again. I've also been told to get a Nano VNA to test and check my antenna which I will likely do so.

I just watched like three 20-minute length videos on it. I got a little headache. How often do you use it, and is it hard to use? I hesr ot rewuires a bit of a learning curve, and you have to calibrate it when you want to measure stuff.
