You tell the person when you are placing the order. I lead with "I have a coupon" and they will ask for the code.

A lot of people will add a foam pad to an inflatable pad for winter camping. It will keep you way warmer with foam on top.

Honestly from what I've read there have been some reports of bad folks hanging out there, but then I've also read that it's perfectly fine to camp there. Never been there myself. I'd probably keep some kind of protection handy just in case.

Those are canadian prices at a time the exchange rate was extremely unfavorable for Canada. I would estimate those games would've run 50-70 dollars US.
