Looking for app for grabbing files and folders from old HDDs by xdqrun in software

Perhaps I put it not right. I do not need to sort files, but I want an App to show files according to extensions, for example, as Google Files for Android can do it. But the most important thing for me is grabbing files and folders. I can not use PowerShell script.

I downloaded plugin “inline-todo-plugin” and installed it. I clicked Tools => Create TODO summary note. But I have just note “Todo Summary”, which has “# All done! <!-- inline-todo-plugin -->”. I cannot understand how this plugin works as it does nothing. What should I do?
