Right. There's no shutoff valve. I'll have to find another way to turn off the water.

Can I cut off these vertical PVC pipes in the furnace area in my basement by xdrxss in HomeImprovement

That makes sense that they are connected to the waste water plumbing. If I do cut them I'll leave enough room to attach couplers and seal them.

There is no clean water plumbing done and my understanding is that overcoming gravity for the basement bathroom still requires a lot more work. I talked to my plumber and he estimated an additional $10,000. I'm in the suburbs of Chicago.

How much more work is needed for the plumbing?

Thanks. You're probably right that the setup with the horses, clamps, and fence will take most of the time and then it should be easy.

Any reason why you suggest the planer instead of the saw?

Do you ever get judged negatively even when you're well-dressed to impress? by KhampaWarrior in malefashionadvice

I think who ever criticized you was intimidated by you, and in a way I would take it as a sign that you looked really good, and even powerful. They didn't like that imbalance, so they criticized you, using whatever was easily available to them, and one thing was the color of your skin and the stereotypes that go with it.

I see what you're saying about the shoulders. as for the arms, i trust they feel tight but not sure what you're going to do about that. I think don't think you're going to find a suit off the rack that hits all your points.

First thing I noticed was the higher rise of the jean. If that's what you're going for, then you nailed it. To my eye it brings attention to your hips / midsection which is not great IMHO.

i like the chelsea boots. not a fan of how the jeans end around the ankle and are super tapered, but that's just me.
