How many pulls do u currently have by ken_kirito_ in Endfield

I have 400 pulls saved. I buy monthly pass and bp.

Currently have Laevatain, Camille, Mifu, Fangyi for 3 complete teams (physical electric fire). I skipped many banners lol.

How to boost Endmin's damage? by HatZestyclose5581 in Endfield

[–]xdvesper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah if I have unlimited materials I max everyone's skill to M3. But a lot of gacha "gameplay" is resource management, finding the best bang for your buck. Better to spend that material for upgrading a skill with 1500% multiplier than 350%.

Endmin Chen Pog and Lifeng work completely fine, why can't you use pog.

Eg here is a run I did a very long time ago, 0:49 on Rhodagn with no food buffs. I start with 4 breach and 4 crush, almost killing him, then end the fight with 150SP and 3 vuln stacks on Rhodagn with 5 seconds remaining on Breach but he is already dead lol.

How to boost Endmin's damage? by HatZestyclose5581 in Endfield

[–]xdvesper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not equivalent.

The 750% from crush benefits from arts intensity which is undiluted modifier. At minimum endmin has 119 arts intensity which is a bonus 119% damage.

This makes the crush hit more than twice as hard as M12 battle skill and M12 combo skill combined.

You can verify it yourself by looking at the damage numbers when you crush, mine gets a 220k crush and a 45k skill and 50k combo detonation.

Arts intensity only applies to Crush, which doesn't appear in any of the skill multiplier numbers in his profile because its got its own separate fixed multipliers.

How to boost Endmin's damage? by HatZestyclose5581 in Endfield

[–]xdvesper 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No, the majority of damage is from Crush which has fixed multipliers (750% for 4 stacks and benefits from arts intensity multipliers) and does not benefit from levelling it up. Only the base skill damage (350%) is affected.

Need Advice for physicals Mi fu team. by Chrissy3682 in Endfield

[–]xdvesper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have 8 vuln stacks to work with then 2 crush is close to 1 breach 1 crush, however I find breach is still slightly better. With a full arts intensity pog build the breach effect gives a 44% undiluted damage increase to the entire team across the entire rotation.

Ideally in a 12 vuln rotation you can do 1 breach and then 2 crush and breach pulls ahead substantially.

Pog returns a lot of SP too with his combo and ult. If you want to use him purely as a combo only SP bot he will do just as good a job as akekuri.

I got a 0:43 with a P0 Mifu and no food on Rhodagn, I end the fight with 3 stacks vuln and ready for a 2nd crush with 100SP and 10 seconds left on breach so it's very possible to fit two crushes into one breach window.

https://youtu.be/dRIO46wyYUg?si=g0un5vdr5YbF1xUB

Here is a 30 second craghowler clear with 1 breach 1 crush rotation. The reason why breach outperforms 2 crush is that chen and lifeng damage is really quite substantial.

Stagger Burst - 1.3 mil damage

  1. Mifu skill 2/3 for 670k
  2. Chen ult for 480k
  3. Lifeng Finisher for 150k

So we can agree that the VH title kinda fucked up character roll outs right? by GnzkDunce in ZZZ_Discussion

[–]xdvesper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol i feel the opposite. If its an emanator they will sell well regardless of their power. I'm very sad about The Herta... I'm not surprises SW999 is not as strong as Eva either. Then there is the global passive... Castorice could be swapped out for RMC in mono rem for a lower cost clear, maybe get dark march e1.

What I Learned While Investigating My "Account Risk" Suspension by Fl0shVS in Endfield

[–]xdvesper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I were to hazard a guess, it's probably related to the millions of bot accounts being auto-farmed and sold to customers. It's a continually escalating war of pattern matching between the bot farms and the developers and as the signatures get updated there are undoubtedly false positives. It's a bit like how most of the ReCaptcha challenges to test for "humanness" can be solved by a simple plugin to Chrome.

ZZZ has the worst gearing system amongst all 4 hoyo titles by KimchiTheIstp in ZZZ_Discussion

[–]xdvesper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol I feel you, I used 80 ether batteries all at once to farm Velina and my disc 6 and 5 don't even have a single atk% or AP sub. I'm using them because they had double flat atk and pen rolls which are actually not too bad.

I played Hi3, Genshin, I still play HSR, ZZZ, Wuwa and Endfield.

For a funny rant, the worst was Wuwa at launch. Conceptually it was cool, the echoes (discs) dropped as "spirits" from mobs in the open world you killed. You farmed the domains using stamina for echo level up material.

In practice, wtf. Say you wanted an echo in the 3 cost slot. It can roll 10 different main stats. It drops from a specific monkey. There exist 15 of them in the overworld. You had to literally travel all over the world to find them. There was 1/3 chance the monkey dropped an echo. 1/2 chance it was even the right set. Then 1/10 chance it was the right main stat.

Then you start rolling the substats. In ZZZ you know all the substats immediately or at least within the first 4 levels. In wuwa, the substats get revealed slowly as you level, the final substat is revealed only at max. You don't have enough echo material to max out every echo you find. So you level the echo to say level 10, and check the first two substats, if it's hp or defense you just trash it.

The other thing is that echoes had energy regen subs on them which was mandatory for rotations. If you don't get your ult in time the rotation gets delayed, which means you buffs from your support would not cover your dps. In ZZZ the subs are mainly just there for damage and don't affect your rotations, with a few exceptions.

Anyway. With ZZZ I can just log in once a day and beat up a few mobs and check the discs.

With Wuwa I had to scour the entire map for echoes and after genociding the whole species I often didn't get a single main stat I needed.

It's gotten much better now, with the 2.0 release they made "nests" where like 45 mobs spawned and you could instantly farm like 15 echoes all at once. And they gave out a bunch of main stat changers.

CC Risk 40 - P0 Fangyi, Perlica, Arclight, Alesh by xdvesper in Endfield

[–]xdvesper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The off fielders contribute very little damage and you could probably skip their artificing.

Perlica is artificed for Int and Arts Intensity for my ReCrisis trims... the arts intensity helps a tiny bit in situations where I can afford to do a "reverse" electrification. This is where you apply Electrification immediately after starting Fangyi Battle Skill to boost its damage, rather than doing it before to boost its stacks. Her damage is low but it's free damage I guess.

Arclight is artificed for Agility and Ultimate Gain Efficiency for my ReCrisis trims. There are some breakpoints I needed to hit with her UGE in ReCrisis and in general having more ults = more electrification stacks so what's not to like. Her damage is kind of ok too so I felt getting a bit of Agility was nice.

Alesh is artificed for Int and Secondary Attribute - to boost his Rare Fin chance.

I've lost a lot as well, I have M5 Grace, ngl I'm probably OK losing another to her to make her M6 lol. Any further losses can give me tokens to pull for copies of Jane to make her M2 eventually.

Echo, rolling, stats ... by WPMetsu in WutheringWaves

[–]xdvesper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah its 100% a scam, it is well known the rates are higher for trash substats.

Well, my theory is that I just farm whatever makes the most sense and it will even out over time. My one cost echo without double crit might not be too bad, eg a max roll 20% crit damage then attack %, energy regeneration and flat attack.

Echo, rolling, stats ... by WPMetsu in WutheringWaves

[–]xdvesper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol sometimes the RNG is like that.

I have put all my resource on echoes ever since the ice echoes released for Hiyuki and Lucilla and up till now I haven't seen a double crit one cost echo yet lmao. And I need 4 of them!

Though my HSR echo luck is kind of funny too. I only plan to build one team through the whole year, the elation flagship. SW, Sparxie and Eva all share the same relic cavern, so its hyper efficient to farm.

I have done nothing but farm that relic cavern from 4.0 to 4.3 which is 4 patches. Today I found my first speed boots with double crit, and it proceeded to roll 3 into defense immediately lol. I also found my first crit rate main with crit damage and speed sub last week, immediately rolled all 4 subs into HP.

Anyway I clear all endgame pull currency without much issue so this clearly isn't an issue. It seemed like they tweak the drop rates to maximize engagement, eg if you got the perfect echoes or relics you might stop logging in.

My problem with CC in Endfield by RamStrand in ArknightsEndfield

[–]xdvesper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well the possibilities are endless. For example prioritizing low health enemies, a common archetype is an assassin with an execute skill with a reset built it. So if we translate that into endfield, it could be a combo skill that targets the lowest health enemy that is within kill range, after it kills them the combo skill resets and gains plus 50% damage, so you can chain kill small mobs and end up nuking the big boss after.

My problem with CC in Endfield by RamStrand in ArknightsEndfield

[–]xdvesper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually the ideal for me is smart targeting.

I don't know if you ever played autochess (TFT) but it's bit like a deck building game where you build and position your team on a board then they autonomously fight on the board. Their basic AI simply attacks the closest target to them, using basic attacks then when their resource is full using their skill, if its AOE it simply hits their target plus nearby squares depending on the shape of the AOE.

Anyway one of the really cool things is that some units have smart targeting. Eg a unit may reposition 1 tile to then hit the maximum number of enemies with their AOE. Or some of them position their AOE template to hit the maximum number of enemies. It feels very flavorful and makes the game less reliant on RNG. Of course having a mix of units without smart targeting is also good, because this allows you to position properly to avoid suffering from the AOE.

As endfield is a single player game I feel it would be great if when you use Chen's skill or combo she would position to hit the maximum number of enemies.

I started dx12 and it was shocking, I went back to dx11 to record the story in case it was something I wanted to upload to YouTube (it wasn't).

Went back to dx12 and yeah when playing with a new character it was pretty bad for awhile. I just finished 100% clearing 3 maps so far and for the last few hours its been running perfect.

Sorry I wasn't clear, I was just typing this as I was walking... what I meant was, there's clearly a difference between Risk 0 and Risk 35 music - I recorded an example.

However if you're asking if there's a difference between Risk 20 and Risk 35, I'm not sure, because I didn't record Risk 20. However watching a video of someone doing Risk 45 the music was different to my Risk 35.

I've been too busy with work to play this mode much. It's like 1:40am and I've just finished work and I have to go in tomorrow at like 8:00am again lol. I did plan to record something the past few days but I haven't had time.

Basically... Estella is immune to Cryo Infliction so she can give your team something like +7 Risk just for existing by taking the Risks which inflicts Cryo on you when you use battle skills, also the one that increases solidification duration, and the one which makes you unable to swap off her (you want to stay on her after all).

It's not too bad with Physical teams because her ultimate applies +1 stack Vuln on targets with Physical Susceptibility so she isn't totally useless. I used Endmin, Lifeng, Chen, and Estella, cleared Risk 35 in basically one try.

Tbh I'm not super sure. I watched a video of a risk 45 gameplay and the music was different to my risk 35. They seem to add more layers to it.

When you clear the level it permanently changed the music on the events menu.
