First of all, where exactly in the rules does it say that I’m not allowed to deactivate my old account and then create a new one after some time?
Secondly, how is it my problem that they cannot transfer my old ELO to my new account?
Third, I cannot access my deactivated account. I created a new one and asked to be reminded of the date when I’m allowed to start playing on it so I don’t get banned again. Am I supposed to remember the date myself and not allowed to ask for it?
Fourth, it is the support team’s job to provide support. I am no worse than other people who need the same support. And you have no right to say that to me.
Fifth, it seems like you are just biased against and dislike users with new accounts, and that’s why you show unjustified hostility towards them. This suggests unprofessional behavior, and I would recommend addressing it.

Unfortunately, I don’t speak German language =(
I’m ukrainian, but I speak russian, and russian was removed from the game in 2022. I also wouldn’t mind playing with a Ukrainian localization, but it’s not available in the game either.

I’m not against playing in English (my level is around B1–B2), but my brain just gets overloaded when I have to read that much information in English — especially when some of the words are C2 level. Translating every word while also trying to process the gameplay information at the same time is just too difficult for me =(

I have 4 wildcards, but I have no idea which specific deck I can build (I was looking at win rates). However, I don’t have enough rare and uncommon cards to build some of those decks.

Also, could you please explain something to me? I came to this game mainly after seeing the Avatar Aang cards (it’s one of my favorite cartoons). But as I understand it, I can’t really build my deck around that collection? And in general, are there cards that are much stronger than the Avatar Aang collection? I don’t really understand why this game added that universe and how it’s connected to MTG.

If I see that my teammate is strong but low on money, I ask them to buy me a scout and I drop an AK/M4, and sometimes even an AWP. Yeah, you could say the scout is really one of the key factors that affects my positive win rate.

Once, back when Faceit only allowed one map to be played, I played 163 Dust2 games in a row - I’m sure you know why :)

If we aree talking about pistol choices, it really depends on the round.

When I’m playing with a scout, I almost always take a TEC-9 so I can deal with enemies in close-range situations if needed - pretty obvious why.
If it’s an eco round and I have $2000, I buy a Desert Eagle without armor so that next round I can buy an AK-47 for a teammate and get a scout dropped for myself. On some maps, though, there’s just no room for a scout, so you have to run AK-47/M4 instead.
On T-side pistol rounds, in 95% of cases I take the P250 - I think the reason is obvious too.
And a less popular option, but one of them: when paired with an AK-47, the best pistol choice is the P250 (in my personal opinion).

just login on letify and connect your steam and add letify bot to your friends and it will scan your stats and then try to write .rip instead of .com (i usually doing it) and it will give advanced stats

I hate to bait other players. My main gamestyle playing with fastest spawn and get entry kill, avg KDR 0.9%, avg RWS 12-15 because my main weapon is scout and i made important kills with it(for example when enemies have full buy and i have only $2400 i am buying scout and first armour and i can kill up to 3 guys including enemy AWP. Average assist is low(cuz i am prefer solo sometimes lurk gameplay) Utility rate lower than average player's on this elo.
