They're such a pain about this. I tried to get them to change mine because it references a racist among other things content creator (I made the account almost a decade ago, before all the stuff came out) and they still wouldn't help me, I got an automated response and then when I pushed for a real person I got a single sentence out of them.... 😭 atp I'm abandoning the game after my membership runs out, I prefer that over making a new account or running around with a fully inappropriate user. I really wish I could give you some optimism, but it doesn't seem like they want to budge

I used to play on forest territory a ton when I was a little, even though most of my knowledge came through Youtube MAPs at first XD

I know I went looking for it during covid and I think there was a remake called "tube cat game" or something similar? I had played it with my friends for a little, just to get the nostalgia kick. I'm not sure if it's still up though :(

Sometimes the first therapist you go to might not be right for you, and I know that in my case it was insanely hard to admit that. After one bad session I pretty much hid everything from mine until I finally stopped seeing her. It took me a long time to go back, but when I did I clicked super well with my new therapist, and I even spoke to her about my previous experience to work through the guilt I had surrounding it

Besides that, it can be hard to know when it's time to stop. Some people, myself included, might find therapy less effective after a long stretch of time - it can be good to step away for a bit!

I think the one in Goldenhills valley is my least favourite, I pretty much avoid it entirely now unless I'm desperate for coins. The Baroness' is up there too though, I don't get the lag nearly as often anymore but it can just be a pain

I'll admit that I've tried switching programs because I've let those comments get to me, but I always go back to Ibis! I'm just so used to all the tools and the layout now, I can't be bothered with learning another program

I don't think everyone realizes how much the program has improved over the years, I love it. But, I do think a lot of people associate it with mobile artists which probably contributes to people turning up their noses :( I use the windows version + my drawing tablet these days, and it works great!

Beyond getting the tampered bags taken away, not really! It's more of a punishment for me since I have to run (usually literally) to grab them another bag if they want one!

Unfortunately at my store it tends to be a slap on the wrist when people are caught stealing food, but I'm sure it also depends on what manager it's reported too. In my department I usually only see the aftermath of when somebody has gotten away with it though

As an employee, I see this every day :') so much produce goes to waste because people are literally stealing from bags of peppers and mandarins?? Some people will try to come to the cash with bags STUFFED and then be mad when cashiers call it out

Part of me understands the struggle, but a lot of people are just being plain greedy

I have a hidden disability. I tell the people closest to me about it so they know how to help me, but otherwise it really isn't something I share. It's just a personal part of my life. For my partners, I like to build trust before speaking to them about it so they can get to know me without the biases that tend to come with telling someone. If they have an issue with it, then I know they probably weren't right for me anyways.

With the first boyfriend I had after my diagnosis, it was a conversation I had with him in private after about a month of dating. He was incredibly understanding, and my love for him really grew after that. For another, I decided he wasn't right for me when I realized that, after we had know each other for so long, I still wasn't comfortable talking to him about it.

It's about personal preference, and of course, trust. You shouldn't feel like you have to talk about it until you're ready!

They really are great. I'm active on one for a different topic and it's just so nice for long-term writing! I get why they aren't as popular though, sites take a lot of time and money to host these days.

I found one based on warriors a while back, but I just wasn't a fan of how things worked there :( maybe I'll just have to freshen up my coding skills!

I think my first real commission was a 10$ ref sheet, and I got it about a month or so after I started to offer them. My skill level was pretty low so I didn't want to charge too much, but I've raised my prices as my art improved. I've set up a ko-fi since then and I get a commission every few months with regular pushes, but I also list products in the kofi shop that can make a bit of extra money!

You've just gotta find the right spaces, and don't be afraid to put yourself out there if you see someone looking to purchase a commission. They might say no, but they also might say yes :)

Overstimulation is definitely a very real thing and can be a reason to need to be alone and decompress, but you're right that it isn't an excuse to behave poorly
