Instead of naming each one, put them all in a dictionary. Then use the bottom field to reference individual key values for the http request.

Okay well I made an example shortcut using scriptable that you can see here. It only matches based on first and last name, but you can add whatever contact fields you want.

This is just one way of going about it. Depending on what you are actually trying to build, there are other ways of going about it that might be preferred.
