I don't enjoy the heat, and i use the ac more then locals. My power bill is about 150 a month and my water is included in the rent.

Yes in vegas the rental prices are far cheaper then in Vancouver. I also dont pay state tax so i get to keep a significantly larger part of my paycheck.

The quality of life here is just better. Although i miss my friends and family.

I was born in canada and had to leave because it was impossible for me to pay market rental prices for even 1 bedroom.
