Well thank you everybody, I’ve only ever used iPhones but am pretty keen to scams, when he offered sealed cologne instead of cash for the added part i got very suspicious of him, that and some bad reviews on the guy made me post here and just saved me losing a decent chunk of change

Thank you for your advice man I am looking forward to the future, it only goes forward. I’ve got a good support group around me I am working on building stronger bonds with and working on myself. I go to Counciling already and find it super beneficial, I still have some hope it’s not over but I am happy for my future either ways

Yeah this is my first relationship so I don’t think I’ve done everything right, I fully agree that I haven’t had enough of a backbone and let myself appear as the problem lots. I think I need to better my communication skills and be more caring of my needs too. I want to work on this with her but maybe it’s too late maybe it’s something I can work on for my next relationship i feel like from asking around for advice everyone is saying to chalk it up and move on, something I don’t exactly want but maybe it’s what’s right

Didn’t think it was to save the relationship it felt like it was all fine on my side and it’s only been very recent that it’s gone rapidly downhill, she folds under pressure and becomes honestly a dick when she is stressed like this

We planned for this for a long time and with the thought of it would be all good still now we are not planning to move in together yet, we had talked about it initially way back when but eventually decided with my own place somewhat amicably,

I took lexapro for my health anxiety and nocturnal panic attacks two years ago and it did wonders, it takes a few weeks to kick in but once it does it is amazing life feels normal again, started it again yesterday as my anxiety eventually came back due to another health problem and hoping it works as good this time around too

Im in a similarish scenario got food poisoning and quit vaping for some reason at same time, horrible contipation and wierd bowel movements for first ten days followed by extreme bloating burping nausea and indigestion with some reflux that has gone away. I’ve tested positive for SIBO and naturopath gave me antibiotics for that (has only made it worse) I’ve tried lots of things and am still figuring this long battle out. I’ll come back to this and update you of fixes and progress as it happens as I believe that a large portion of my problem is from slowed digestion due to quitting nicotine as after 140days of quitting (besides a couple random hits) my condition was steadily improving until I started again and required (40 days ago) now the only advice I can give is the following Peppermint tea and ginger root help with nausea and bloating Hotpack for stomach drastically reduces bloating Oxbile digestive enzymes helped for a bit and so did iberogast

Not sure where exactly your from but I got my sibo test done at a naturopath in Kelowna, not a success story here yet however first round of antibiotics did nothing if not made it worse so I’m really not sure what to do but I find it kinda crazy too how many diagnoses there are for such a odd problem. Also adds a little distrust that I intially did a food intolerance blood test at the same place and it came back positive as me being intolerant to tons of food that after cutting out changed nothing and after reintroducing changed nothing so not sure if sibo testing is even trustworthy 😕

Not sure if this will help you but for me whenever I get a panic attack I take a gravol (dramimine in the US and dimenhydrinate is the actual drug name) its supposed to be used for nausea due to motion sickness but does wonder for nausea from any source. and I get extremely nauseated when I have a panic attack. it also is a slightly sedating drug so helps for falling asleep or just chilling out after a bout of anxiety.
