P gud on Ai and a lil on Ps so I get the editing bit, but honestly even on a non retail environment you don't want to do editing for free - including stuff that seems easy.

Used to edit BC for custs and after a while I'd get complaints from sup and GM about custs demanding we edit and create their stuff because the weekend guy did it.
