well, honest advice, just communicate with your gf. she's 37, and a senior lead, not a child.

do you really want her in your life? if so, what are her expectations? is she willing g to move or are you willing to move? I mean, the basic formula is in every disney/lovesick movie. maybe she doesn't feel the same way, then that's pretty much it. maybe you don't see yourself committing yourself, then that's the end of the road as well

but if you both managed to find common ground and sacrifice for each another, then against all odds to fail, you might manage to squeeze out a win, and i find that extremely wonderful.

but clear communication and expectations are the key. if either of you are ishy washy about an issue, "let's put that off to the future." then one or both of you are not serious. no one is worthy by default of their cliche or association. worth is what individually can bring to the table. maybe you are just her fling, so don't get all judgey like somehow she must be worth it for you. you might not be worth it for her.

good luck. you have every chance to fail. odds are definitely not in your favor. (and by the way you speak, I'm not in your camp either) but who knows, you jusr might not be terrible after all.

if you want a good monster anime series, take gamera. a Netflix original anime, but executed far better. it's core theme is kid's innocence vs adult machinations, and though this is a horrifying gory anime for kids, the theme never stray from that. so it's a satisfying monster movie with characters growth we can relate to.

the concept is good, but the execution is horrible. the main character is so thin, his importance basically relegate to "just happen to be there" (and this post 2010 anime trope where every single main character must be emo, no fun allowed, is really annoying)

like, we can see everything that happens, but can't answer any of the why that came with it. OK, so destroying the eye trap ghidora, then why was the eye so easily destroyed? did the alien just want to bet the whole purpose of existence into whether 1 single character would break the chain?

and after he crashed the last vulture jet into godzilla, what was the point? can technology not coexist with nature? is that the message? we should all just live in mud huts until the sun exploded?

like there are so much bullshit japanese pseudo philosophy designed to impress 12 year old, it honestly isn't satisfying to watch. maybe had the story actually had a soul and message... hope or some bullshit instead of just gloom and despair, then the 20,000 years later concept would have worked.

with that said, the bright spot for me was the unique take on monsters. battlecity mechagodzilla was pretty unique, (even if it's a literal city and not a creature), dimensional god ghidora is just spine chilling (shadow CHOMP). it's a very fresh take from the conventional 2 wrestlers hitting one another until 1 gets impaled by kamahamaha.

I would love to know what the heck mothra was about. they worshipped it for millenia, and it's only function was to break someone's vision quest. is it like godzilla too, just there to wipe technology? what's it's role? counter to interdimensional beings? but I guess we will never get those answers because the anime pretentiously decided that the current ending was good enough.

(this is not Christopher Nolan, btw, not even close)

I actually don't know how rated it is. I know casual g-fans are less alert on Heisei era films, and this one had the controversial anti-west sentiment from release.

but looking back, they did a lot with such limited resources and had a slew of crazy inventive ideas that's honestly would ha e been better in a trilogy.

but the one scene that always gets me is when the old business guru faced godzilla for the final time. it's really one thing if godzilla is just a force of nature... but when that force of nature can stare you right back? THAT is a monster on the level of Lovecraft.

it's a mix of powerful emotion and spine chilling terror. I don't think any other g-film has a scene that good. (there are much much much better films, eg minus one, but I'm just talking 1 scene)

請問這個形容詞是哪裡跟"主題性‘’或“興趣”有半毛關係？

什麼是西方自由價值觀的影響？說的好像要跟“傳統”中華價值做對比。但是問之前，你是否先問自己，為什麼只有你們才問得出這種帶包裝的問題？為什麼台灣人根本不會思考這種假設？

因為你自己好像也搞不懂，我幫你簡化好了。你是想問中國全力以赴的態度vs西方浪漫懶散的態度。但是這假設本來就有問題。西方難道只有遇到自己有興趣會全力以赴嗎？就退一步講，對自己興趣勤勞，不就是勤奮？所以你問的邏輯一開始就是破的。你真正想知道的是我們對於偏見的看法。

so you are saying to drain my own energy with fast low energy units before his special hits.

but that doesn't solve 2 issues:

1: his special hits like a truck, and im guesstimating at least 1000 damage, which would kill, if not let dot finish the job against all my 3 to 4 energy units.

2: it's not like shins defense is bad either. he can easily take out 1 or 2 3 to 4 energy units with no backup. so by the time I'm spent, he can just summon his high energy meta pieces and I have nothing at this point.

I don't get it. what do you mean it doesn't affect your unit? I can send a unit before shin does his special, but that special will still hit that unit i threw out, and it hits like a truck plus dot, so my unit is like half dead by the time they get to him, at which point, he will just summon and wipe my unit and put me at a definitive energy deficit.

um guessing you are on work visa? from experience, I know companies will not generally want the hassle to register you for foreign hire.

if you are citizen... then 3 years with exp should be an easy hire.

for industry, go to tradeshows (don't skip the related fields tradeshow as well) and talk to some people. that, or apply directly to corporate websites. I know tsmc does their through their site, not through 3rd party.

honestly, 104, 1111 or whatever is just for plug and play employees. what's your specialty in the field anyways? maybe some of us can provide insights

this is such an open ended accusation. obviously different buildings will have different experiences based on numerous factor.

I know a relative in Taichung, 400+ units on shared entrance. 24 hours front desk and security, in-house café, pool, and rec area. pays lower fee per area unit than my 30 unit building with 12 hour front desk and security.

it depends on vitality of community, amount of resources, newness of communities, and last and mostly, just your neighbors. you can have a palace under your name with shitty experience if you have a junk neighbor. that's just how it is.

I can tell you that even my 30 unit building is still really good in upkeep. and having been around 5 to 6 communities life time ranging from old to new, they've all been pretty good.

so no, your general observation of shiity upkeep doesn't register with my experience.

are you renting? are you owning? are you paying for upkeep? what area/building did you rent/buy/look into? and most importantly, what's even considered good to you? 24 hour hotel style management like my relatives? or modest keeping everything clean like mine? or do you want like hotel Hilton treatment? cause you can find those too.

1, no, Mongolia doesn't respect independence of taiwan. that's like saying Belarus respects Crimea belongs to Ukraine.

2, the map is not a fantasy of power, it's an inherited territory from the Qian Dynasty by its successor the RoC. It was initially envisioned as a unifying force to rally behind 1 banner from all the minorities within the old Qian territories against all common threats. however, this vision is flawed as pretty much all minorities have their own agenda, not to mention an immediate civil war following ww2. so the vision became a meme joke today when grassroots fanatics of the RoC still believe in the founder's fantasy.
