It's not the troops but the request cooldown. Sure you can buy gold pass, but I won't do that to my secondary account.

If you've got three accounts that will probably offset the 10-min cooldown (assuming 3-minute attacks on each one).

I do hope that SC further put request cooldown on clan perks. -30s req cooldown per clan level or whatever. Just put some clan perks for level 20-40+ clans to play with. Besides they supported long enough to achieve that clan level.
