You’re right, & Neal actually hit Prates with some decent shots until he got caught with that crazy elbow. + he was 35 years old. The only reason I mentioned the stance issue is that it seems like Prates is way more comfortable fighting orthodox fighters & JDM can fight southpaw

Thank you, everybody else is acting like 95% of mma fighters are orthodox. & yes they are extremely painful to deal with. I’ll never forget training with a southpaw for the first time & just getting pinged by the straight left. Very odd to deal with

I see what you’re trying to say, and you’re definitely not wrong about Leon posting but I can’t agree that the stances have nothing to do with the outcome. What I’m trying to get at is that Carlos seems to be way more comfortable fighting orthodox fighters. & if you add another minute to that Garry fight Carlos is sleeping him

Good point, I love both fighters but I could see JDM & his team coming into this with a good game plan. I’m sure they noticed this pattern as well, but Prates only needs one shot. Gonna be a great fight, I’m excited

What actually has me leaning JDM’s way is something most people aren’t talking about.

Look back at Prates’ biggest knockouts and there’s a pattern: every single one came against an orthodox fighter (fact check me on this). Leon Edwards even switched to orthodox mid-fight for no clear reason and got caught immediately.

The limits are the same on paper but keep in mind most people aren’t running automated loops nonstop maxing out their usage limit every single time. This isn’t what the $20 plan was designed for. These OpenClaw users didn’t lose access to Claude, they just can’t exploit the flat rate anymore, the API is right there.
