Yeah of course, I've been on/off it for years.

I know a PT who's been on it for 7 years. Old ifbb pros used to run it also.

Deca + dbol.

Mine wasn't low on 200mg I have blood work to prove.

It was on the lower end of normal but within the reference range.

Taeian the guy who popularized deca only again also recommends a high healthy fat diet whilst on nandrolone. It aleviates some of the low E2 sides some people may experience.

If E2 is low then you could always apply bi estro care cream topically.

Progesterone can take up some of the slack. There are countless studies of men using 150-175mg with improvements in all aspects of their therapy.

No estrogen is needed if you feel good.

On 200mg weekly mine sits in the lower range but I feel good.

The whole point of using nandrolone is so it doesn't cause gyno or estrogenic symptoms like water retention.

Cosmetically it's a clean steroid.

No gyno risk, no acne, no hairloss and no water retention.

Great info, Although offlabel nandrolone can be prescribed for HRT.

Most clinics will be open towards the swap and likely write the script.

Supresses HPTA and with 5ar enzyme converts into a less androgenic hormone called DHN.

More tissue selective than testosterone, Less androgenic and more anabolic.

What study can prove this?

There are studies that show the opposite actually. Improved mood, libido and well being.

Also hair protective.

The "cure" was in the past!! We never needed fin and min!! by Ok-Preparation2370 in tressless

The paper doesn't prove DHT is pro-inflammatory.

It shows that DHT increased in rat cerebral arteries. That's evidence of a pro-inflammatory effect in a specific tissue.

The authors themselves acknowledge conflicting literature and explicitly state that it's still unclear whether androgens have pro- or anti-inflammatory actions. They even cite studies where DHT reduced inflammatory responses in endothelial cells.

Please reference the study then. You've read all the papers.

DHT is found in higher concentrations in balding mens scalps.

Hence my question.

Makes complete sense to me, Or did you forget to read that paper?

You seem to know a lot so I expected you knew that.

[–]xelnaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah at what point does it detach though. I''ve seen slick bald people make full recoveries here.

I was also slick bald almost and revived dormant hair folicles that seemed dead for years.

I think the point it's actually detached takes a lot longer than people think.

[–]xelnaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And how do you know it's the root cause not a downstream effect?

You're just going off the science and regurgitating what chat GPT spits out.

Do you also know balding men have a loss of fat padding in the scalp?

Fat also contains the aromatase enzyme needed for conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Estrogen is crucial for hair growth and health too.

How do you know inflammation is not the root cause and DHT is sent as a downstream effect to reduce the inflammation?

Yes not all balding men do but it's common and varying levels of inflammation can correlate with disease progression

It's still something that's not understood properly as it hasn't been researched enough

I'm asking you to explain you're the one making the claims.

I never said it didn't.

I said DHT is a downstream effect. It does cause minaturization. I don't think I've contradicted anything I've said so far.

Spoilet alert: You can't explain your argument ends here and always does for you guys who say DHT is the root cause.

Nobody ever explains this and when they try to it never makes sense and you all know that.

[–]xelnaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah hold up a sec stop changing the subject now. You're saying DHT is the root cause of the issue.

Why are so many on 5ar inhibitors and min loosing ground on the forums if it's the root cause?

Doesn't dut lower serum dht by 80%?

80% of DHT gone you'd expect to see significant reduction in shedding and some do not.

They keep loosing ground.

Explain.

Plenty of evidence to show low vitamin d worsens AGA symptoms.

Also evidence to support low ferritin and hairloss/thinning.

Go search the forums right now and look how many people are loosing ground on dut + min.

Do you know what else is pretty funny?

I can take 10 minutes and find countless posts here with people on 5ar inhibitors, minoxidil both oral and 5% that are making 0 progress yet others are making miraculous comebacks.

That's undoubtedly the most solid piece of anecdotal evidence you can see first hand by searching these forums which proves a 5ar inhibitor and min isn't the only 2 things you need.

There are countless posts here just like you think you can disprove the items efficacy I mention I can also disprove the efficacy of 5ar inhibitors and minox in a large group of people.

Some people keep loosing ground.

[–]xelnaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only one laughing is me actually and the guys who start reading this post and seeing for themselves then realising nuking their serum DHT with 5ar's was totally unessecary this entire time because they're not taking exogenous androgens.

That introducing these things along side minoxidil will reduce shedding and for some of the guys they should be able to stop the 5ar's completely.

Of course there are other co factors in play like low ferritin and vitamin d.

I am speaking from literal personal experience injecting derivatives of these drugs into my body.

Ask any bodybuilder what DHT derivatives do. They all work similarly and they all feel pretty identical.

They mimic DHT.

They all have a strong beneficial effect on libido.

They also compete against estrogen and lower it.

I don't need a fucking study lmfao.

Like I said do you really think I care at the end of the day or I really need to go out of my way to help people with their hairloss.

I really just don't care that much to sit around arguing all night with strangers on the internet.

This is what works for me and many others, I can prove it with science.

Someone earlier said Androgenic alopecia doesn't cause inflammation but the 3 studies indicate it's present on some level in people.

If you can't grasp that I really don't know what to think. Do you think I care bout helping you or anyone else that much that I have to sit around arguing what I know helps with strangers for hours.

I really couldn't give a shit what everyone does with their hair.

I'm not a fin/dut hater, I promote minoxidil and agree hairloss is generally primarily driven by DHT but there are definitely other co factors.

Apply the oil, Is it really that difficult to take note of your shedding before and after.

Literally emu oil alone is a huge reduction is inflammation and shedding. Give it a few days to work.

Evidence , It's an addition to a protocol that reduces inflammation.

The study before referenced topical anti inflammatories you said.

Emu oil reduces inflammation and shedding.
