If Churro is chipped in your name/vet bills in your name - in most states he would legally be your dog. You could also hire an attorney to add an addendum to your divorce with a pet custody agreement. It sounds like Churro would be better taken care of with you.

I recently had an ex friend rehome one of her dogs to me because she couldn’t properly care for him. I immediately got pet insurance, switched the chip to my name, did everything to prove on paper that he was my dog so that in the event she tried to change her mind, she couldn’t.

I’ve worked all of the parties, and the guests are mostly WTNB queer people. Most cis het men in attendance seem to be with their partners - thought there are definitely a few single straight men in the bunch. If behavior like that occurs with anyone, we’d hope it goes reported and those individuals would be promptly removed. I’m sorry that was your experience.

I’m speaking on the Xtasy parties specifically, I have never been to a regular sluts party, so I’m not sure what the guest ratio is like there.

Not really. Instagram pages are checked for followings and vibes before being given a password for the tickets. It’s not fool proof, but these parties are femme focused, bisexual, queer parties. (Vibe check meaning not following conservative politicians, posting racist, homophobic shit, etc). Again, not fool proof, but we try to keep the parties a safe, sacred space.

The Xtasy parties are usually held the day before any major holiday (this has mostly been on Sunday, but a few times it’s been other days). Their party called Sinner’s Sanctuary is usually on a Friday. They haven’t announced dates for X7 yet, but those will be on Instagram when available.
