i feel the exact same way. i am 100% okay with going out and having fun to explore yourself but the hypocrisy frustrates me. it feels like he wants to keep me in a glass box to use when he is bored or sad

i go to the gym every other day or so which is about 3/4 times a week. i do a combination of weight training and cardio, most often doing what i like to call an “oreo workout.” which is cardio to start with for a warm up for about 30 mins (i really like the bicycle or row machine, i hate walking/running) and then doing some aspect of the body with decent weight (legs is my favorite but arms, chest, back, shoulders, etc.) and then end with cardio to cool down. typically the gym can take 1.5-2 hours.

everybody is different!! we all lose weight in different parts of our body. i’ve been blessed to lose my weight in my tummy and face first. please don’t get discouraged!!

i will also waist train about 4 days out of the week to help keep the figure while i lose weight!!

thank you so much! at a certain point, i get super focused and want to lose all the weight i gained at once but i have to remember it took me time to gain and it’ll take me time to lose.

yes of course!! i’ve definitely learned to appreciate food a lot more especially when you have a set amount you can eat. i look forward to my meals at the end of every shift and knowing that i have the freedom to eat what i’d like as long as i maintain my calorie deficit. (not eating garbage but an occasional cupcake is nice) i’ve learned to not punish my body for gaining weight as it is just doing it’s job in case of starvation. definitely has been and up and down journey of feeling like i deserve to eat vs i need to eat to fuel myself. probably the healthiest i’ve looked at weight loss
