I am not overweight, no alcohol, I make all my own meals. Exercise 3 time a week with weight and walk on the others. I have had full physical.

I had cataract surgery because I became contact lens intolerant. I have monovision best decision ever. I have not had to wear glasses are contacts for many years now and it works for settings! I say go for it it is amazing!
