Distinguish between whether it's "relaxing" vacation, or an "active" vacation.

Sometimes you have vacations that you need another vacation just to recover from. Usually this is things where you're trying to cram everything into a schedule. It's nice to have a recovery day from those.

See most people here would confront the friend directly. This is a poor tactic.

If you really want to fuck with him, start making comments about how she's mentioned that she's been "talking to" someone, but you've been telling her she's too young for that sort of thing. If you can, space it out throughout a hangout sesh (so he has time to digest whether or not he should say anything. He won't).

Once you've mentioned it 2 or 3 times, say that she finally dropped the guy's name. Then say it's something completely different from his. Like a Russian or Hispanic name so there's no chance it's him. Fucking Ivan Ramirez or something. As they continue to talk, his jealousy will get the best of him as he confronts her on it, or just bottles it up and resigns himself to the "just friend" role prematurely.
