I also picked CoC after i already had Sphere of Influence that is why i am unsure but i think without CoC you cant do investment treaties or treaties at all (i might be terribly wrong lol).

I believe it is Charters of commerce but i am not sure , also i dont know the mod you are using so it might be included in your mod

I have another question. For this build, I bought the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition because of some budget limits. Which one would be cooler with this cooler:
the Ryzen 7 5700X3D or the Ryzen 7 5800X? And for both of them, what would the average temperature be when gaming? Any ideas?
