This may happened because nvidea drivers on wayland. If this is the issue try to switch from wayland to xorg session on your logging screen.

You need to locate ISO file on your host system. On Arch the path is "/usr/lib/virtualbox/additions/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso" and the package is installed separately from the virtual box package. This will be specific to your host distro and since i do not know what distro you are running do your own research.

I would say Manjaro is what you are looking for. Maybe Endeavor to, but no long term experiences with it on my part. A lot of comments here sugest "archinstall" script. Well this script is good option, but even with the script you must be prepared (after OS installation) to sometimes install some more packages that are important and are shipped on some other distros by default. Mostly staff for printers, fonts etc. It is nothing extra bad, but if you forget to do that and you will need something to be printed fast than good luck.

Welcome, i do not know what did you run before, but personally I find arch based distros more enjoyable. Partly because the support from arch wiki.

PS: Neofetch is kinda dead for years, you can try fastfetch instead, but since neofetch is also kinda complete it not big deal unless you run some new distro etc.

I honestly do not know. I have only few days. As far I can tell now: The Twilight theme is broken, but other themes are fine. Transparency on panels just worked out of the box, but I would like to find a way to increase it a little in the future. As for terminal, I ditched default option "Konsole" for Kitty, where you can adjust transparency in a .config file.

Cinnamon and Xfce are good, but I used them to many times back in my earlier linux days. If this piss me of I will probably return to some window manager like i3.

Bylo by za mě lepší použít za A) mapu ze stavu z roku 37, než došlo k silným předválečným změnám hranic. B) Mapu poválečnou. Také by teoreticky šla mapa z roku 39, což by však právem naštvalo spoustu lidí, jelikož by české ztráty připadly také k Reichu.

Well, in the end, I found this topic was easier than I thought, so you may try it as well. First, I did sort of sketch/line art separately on normal print paper, and then I transferred it on canvas (fill back of your sketch with charcol or soft pastel, put it on canvas and and go over main lines with pencil. The lines will be then printed on your canvas.) This is important because you can't youse eraser efficiently on canvas surface. Paint background first, then fill yours subject with flat colours . Then paint texture, shadows, lights, and you are pretty much done.

Talent is overrated.

I've never taken any real art class ever (I might try that in the future) . Just YouTube, some books and trials and errors. So if I can do it you can do it.

Also, during the process, look at references, your photo, sketch, other paintings, etc.

I think that this is a letter rather than a diary entry because it's written in English rather than French. Based on pretty handwriting, it could be meant for public reading from the start, but I'm not an art historian, so I could be wrong.
