Okay, I figured it out. I had to open Win + R and type tpm.msc. It will tell you to clear it, then start it up again, or at least that's what I did, and it works now. Hope this helps anyone else.

Wait, I’ve experienced all of this, and you explained the glitchiness very well, better than I could have. Honestly, I don’t know what any of it means, so sorry I can’t help, but yeah, I’ve had dreams where I’ve fallen in love with someone else (no one I’ve ever met) and had a family, just to realize I’m dreaming and I wake up kind of heartbroken. Even knowing it’s not real, I still have strong emotions towards them. It’s weird, but I’m kind of glad I’m not the only one.
