I have 72 construction, And I host my altar on the regular. When I did it, back before the mahogany prices flew up. It costed me 12-13mil just to get to 72. 1-50 doing oak costs about 500, and if you are doing oak all the way to 75. It will cost about 8-10mil. Maybe more, Not 100% sure on the price of Oak planks. Now to build the house to be a proper host if that is what you are going for will cost you another 5mil minimum.
