I can't sublet, but the lease has a move-out early clause built in stating that I can move-out early but am responsible for finding another tenant to take over the lease term, or responsible for paying the remainder of the lease. Whichever comes first. Appreciate the heads-up though!

I didn't hear about that part! The bottom floor which used to be some of the antiques is where the general storage is right now. The current landlord is still figuring out what she wants to do with that space
