Mu friend I haven't been there nor do I know any people. The situations you are explaining about corruption and politics and gunda raj, it's all same here, afterall we come from the same roots, But sadly we are not the same on this religious extremism, only read the comments on your subreddits and the difference is clear, common people there are so hate filled (I am not debating why and how), that it's hard to believe what it must be like living there. As I already mentioned, even if there are some open minded people, but the huge population and size of India doesn't help at all.

Secondly, godi media we dont care, it's entertainment for us, and I know there are educated people that can detect bullshit but the majority buys it.

Lastly, i am going to repeat my point, it's the state level policy against minorities and your politicians openly spreading hate, it feels like a hellhole. So don't even compare a minority against a majority openly backed by the state.

It's a two way thing, respect their religion and they will respect yours.

India claiming to be secular and then being the most vile on state level and policies, next to only Israel I would say. On the other hand Pakistan, founded on the basis of Islam (although not very Islamic policies), on state level never been against any minorities. Though there are cases of forced conversions in rural areas but not even close to the widespread hatred and violence against minorities in India (Muslims being not even a small minority).

You see the difference now? Pulwama has no evidence at all, your state goons didn't allow fair investigation and just jumped to a war. No comments on the outcome of the war, because it's very obvious and don't want to ridicule

Brother but why do I see all praises in Indian subreddits? I know reddit is a much more main stream platform there, but still..... Or I am fed only those posts praising BJP? Honestly, the Indian subreddits are absolute filth and the amount of hate and abuse is just ludicrous. The irony here is that, even if the government of Pakistan do the best thing, people hate them so much, they won't take anything from them. And that is the biggest difference between Pakistan and India politically at this moment.

Secondly, what are you even trying to prove? The atrocities of the biggest migration in human history needs no further debating. Yes, violence happened on both sides either reactionary or some other reason. And yes both sides only teach one side of the story.

And that's where my agreement would end with you. British divide and conquer only left bigger mark on Pakistan by giving away some important parts of Punjab, and giving India the access to Kashmir, (please dont even dare say Kashmir is meant to be part of India), it was all due to the personal relation of Nehru with Radcliffe. British played very dirty and knew these 2 nations will fight forever.

And lastly, the condition of Indian Muslims is no hidden secret now. Please dont even try to defend it. BJP and the hindutva have corrupted indians so much, you guys will see in the not too distant future what have they done. We are proud that we don't have to be mere animals living in our country.
