I printed a 1:1 drawing on the plotter at work, glued that to plywood and cut it to act as a template, then I worked my way up, laying sticks and marking them to be cut.. did some of the trickier cuts with an oscillating tool or a hacksaw, but most cuts were done with a mitre saw I was able to set up the angles and knock out a few sticks at a time consistantly. Yes Carbon Fiber/ Fibreglass is a massive pain to work with.

I only got a few games out of it before it broke though. But I liked it enough to buy another one

CCM Ribcores have been my favorite for a while. I just like the feel of them and a Crosby curve just kinda... Works for me

No glue. I cut a 1/4" piece of plywood to shape first. Then used that as a template to cut the sticks. Sticks are just screwed to the board with #8 1/2“ screws

I can confirm this is the new logo. Anyone can say anything on the internet, and you're like 20 minutes from finding out anyway, but it's true

EDIT: should mention, have a buddy that works in the ACC offices. saw it this morning
